FUN IN THE SQUARES!

Union Square Farmers Market
On Saturday from 1 a.m.-1 p.m., Union Square Plaza hosts its regular farmers market. SNAP customers get a $1-1 match up for $15. Inquire with the Market Manager tent at the entrance. For more information on vendors, visit the Union Square Main Streets webpage.

Davis Square Book Swap
On Sunday from noon-2 p.m., in Seven Hills Park, Davis Square, there is a book swap. Books should be in good, readable condition, ready for a swap for new books – no money involved. Organizers will donate all leftover books to the Prison Book Program and More Than Words.

Somerville Bike Kitchen Pageant
On Saturday from 12:30-5pm, at Aeronaut Brewery, MassBike is holding a free Bike Pageant. It’s the third edition of the event. The pageant is a celebration of one-of-a-kind bikes. “We will have a handful of prize categories, ranging from self-explanatory to entirely unserious,” MassBike said. Register and learn more here.
